The meme launchpad built on Arc, Circle's stablecoin L1 where gas is USDC. Launch a token in seconds, trade on a rug-proof bonding curve with no LP to pull, ever.
A NEW ONE is a permissionless memecoin launchpad. Anyone can create a token for free (you pay only network gas), and every token trades immediately on its own constant-product bonding curve priced in USDC. There is no order book, no seeding liquidity, and no listing step. The contract itself is the market maker.
Reserves are locked inside the contract for the token's whole life. There is no liquidity pool a dev can drain and no migration step.
On Arc, USDC pays gas and buys tokens. No volatile gas coin, no priority-fee auctions.
A per-wallet cap in the first blocks blunts bots and bundlers sniping a launch.
Contracts, frontend and the indexer are all public. Read them, run them, or check any claim on this page against the source: github.com/izzetcakmak/anewone.
Each token has a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 (1B), all placed on the curve at creation. The contract has no mint authority. There is no function that can create more, so the supply you see at launch is the supply forever. Price follows a constant-product formula against a virtual USDC reserve, so every buy pushes the price up and every sell pushes it down, smoothly and predictably.
Every trade pays a flat 1% fee, split down the middle:
| Slice | Goes to | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 0.5% | Token creator | Claimable within a 7-day window after it starts accruing |
| 0.5% | Platform | Plus any creator fees left unclaimed past the window |
That's a bigger day-one creator cut than most launchpads. If a creator doesn't claim within 7 days, the pot rolls into platform fees (anyone can trigger the sweep), so claim your earnings.
Use any injected wallet (MetaMask, OKX, Rabby) or Continue with Google to instantly create a non-custodial embedded wallet with no seed phrase. Both paths behave identically once connected.
A fresh wallet needs USDC on Arc (it's the gas and the money). On testnet, the app shows a Get test USDC button that opens Circle's faucet (20 USDC every 2h, pick Arc Testnet). The funding panel disappears automatically once the balance lands.
Every token page carries an honest risk read-out so you can judge before you buy:
There is no liquidity pool and reserves can't be withdrawn from the contract, only traded against. So the classic "pull the LP" rug is impossible by construction. A dev can still sell their own tokens on the curve, which the trust panel surfaces (Dev holds % / Dev exits).
Nothing but gas. There's no listing fee.
Arc is Circle's stablecoin L1 where the native gas token is USDC. One stable asset covers fees and trades, with no second coin to acquire.
Yes. It's a non-custodial embedded wallet; neither the platform nor the provider can move your funds. For a large or long-term stash, an injected wallet you fully control is still recommended.
The platform auto-deploys to Arc mainnet the moment it goes live. Current testnet deployment:
| Network | Contract | Address |
|---|---|---|
| Arc Testnet | Platform | see anewone.xyz |
| Arc Testnet | $NOAH (first token) | see anewone.xyz |
| Arc Mainnet | Platform & $NOAH | ⏳ auto-deploys at launch |
