Who we are and what A NEW ONE is
anewone.xyz is operated by İzzet Çakmak, an individual developer resident in the Republic of Türkiye (“we”, “us”), reachable at support@anewone.xyz. A NEW ONE is a non-custodial software interface: a website that lets you read public blockchain data and build transactions for open-source smart contracts on the Arc network, which you sign and send from your own wallet. It has four parts: Earn (deposits into third-party Morpho lending vaults and the Aave V4 markets), Borrow (loans from third-party Morpho markets and the Aave V4 Main and Forex markets), Assets (pages for tokenized real-world assets issued by regulated third parties, as they arrive) and AnewOne.Fun (the token launchpad). The contracts are public and their source is on GitHub.
What we are not
- Not a custodian. We never hold, receive, transfer or have access to your funds or your keys. Every deposit, loan, trade and withdrawal is created in your wallet, approved by you and settled in a public smart contract that we do not control.
- Not an issuer. We do not issue, mint, sell or redeem any asset. Vaults and markets are run by Morpho and their curators; tokenized funds, credit and stocks come from the regulated entities named on each asset's page, on their terms, under their eligibility and KYC rules. Their appearance on this website is not an endorsement.
- Not an adviser, broker or exchange. Nothing on this website, and nothing Deckhand says, is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, an offer, a solicitation or a personalised assessment. We do not match orders, execute trades for you, or hold order books.
- Not a crypto asset service provider or payment institution in Türkiye. We do not offer custody, brokerage, trading-platform, wallet or Turkish-lira on-ramp/off-ramp services and hold no licence from the Capital Markets Board (SPK) or the Central Bank (TCMB). The website is a software interface to public, permissionless protocols. Card purchases of USDC are a service of Circle, under Circle's own terms and licences. Crypto assets cannot be used as a means of payment in Türkiye, and this website offers no payment service.
Who may use it
You must be at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity, and use the website for yourself. You must not use it where doing so is illegal, if you are subject to sanctions, or to launder money or finance crime. Some assets shown on this website may be restricted to eligible investors by their issuer or by law; the issuer decides, and the asset page says so.
Your responsibility
- You control your wallet and your keys. Keep them safe; nobody can recover them for you.
- Blockchain transactions are final. Check what you approve before you sign it.
- You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you live, including any rules on trading digital assets and on taxes.
Risk
- Earn: yields are variable, set by the market and reported by the vault; past rates do not predict future ones. Vaults carry smart-contract and credit risk, including loss of principal, and a vault marked low liquidity may not let you withdraw at once.
- Borrow: a loan is over-collateralised. If the collateral's price falls until the health factor reaches 1.0, the Morpho or Aave protocol liquidates part or all of it with a penalty, automatically and without notice. Borrow rates are variable. You alone monitor your position.
- Assets: a tokenized fund, credit pool or stock carries the risks of its underlying and of its issuer; redemption depends on the issuer's terms.
- AnewOne.Fun: token prices are set by each token's bonding curve and, after graduation, by its Uniswap pool. We do not set, guarantee or support any price.
Tokens on the platform
Anyone can launch a token. Names, images, descriptions and links are chosen by their creators, and a token appearing on this website is not an endorsement by us. We may stop showing any token on this website, for example one that impersonates others or breaks the law. That changes only what this website displays; it does not change the token or anyone's balance on chain.
Fees
Earn: vault performance and management fees go to the vault's curator, none to us. Borrow: when a new loan is opened, an origination fee of 0.15% (15 basis points) of the amount borrowed is withheld from the proceeds; 90% of it goes to us and 10% to Arc. It is shown in the quote before you sign, applies only at origination, and is not charged on repayments, added collateral or later draws. Interest goes to the market's lenders under the Morpho protocol. Aave V4: nothing on supply, withdrawal or repayment; on each amount borrowed through this website (a first loan or a later draw) an interface fee of 0.15% is sent to us from the borrowed funds, in the same transaction, and shown in the quote before you sign. Interest goes to Aave's suppliers, with Aave's reserve fee to the Aave DAO. Swap & Bridge: non-USDC payments carry a 0.25% integrator fee on LI.FI routes; EURC and cirBTC sent to Arc through Circle Gateway carry a 0.25% fee, minted to us on Arc in the same transfer (Circle keeps a tenth of it), only when the quote shows it. AnewOne.Fun: every trade on a curve pays a 1.5% fee: 0.5% to the token's creator and 1% to the platform. A creator's fees collect in a pot that must be claimed within 7 days of the pot starting to accrue. A creator who claims before the deadline shown in the app keeps the full pot; a pot left unclaimed past that window goes to the platform, and the creator's next fee starts a fresh pot with a fresh 7 days. After graduation the Uniswap pool charges its own 1% fee tier, whose USDC side is split between creator and platform in the same proportion. Network gas is paid separately, in USDC. Deckhand, the AI assistant
Deckhand is an automated interface to public on-chain data and to information about how this website works. It is not a financial adviser and nothing it says is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell anything. It is designed not to tell anyone to buy, sell or hold a coin and not to predict prices, but it is an AI model: its answers can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and you must not rely on them to make decisions. Check anything that matters on chain yourself. Every decision to trade is yours alone, and to the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for losses from acting on anything Deckhand says. If you turn its memory on, what you tell it is stored as described on the privacy page. Buying USDC with a card and bridging from other chains are provided by Circle and LI.FI under their own terms.
Software as is
The website and the contracts are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Smart contracts cannot be changed once deployed and may contain bugs; third-party protocols (Morpho, Aave, Uniswap, Circle, LI.FI, Centrifuge and issuers) are outside our control. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using the website or the contracts, including losses from bugs, liquidations, network problems, oracle or price failures, or wallet or third-party failures. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including consumer law.
Taxes
Gains, income and transfers arising from your use of the website may be taxable where you live. You are responsible for determining, declaring and paying any tax. We do not withhold tax and do not report on your behalf.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are heard by the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan). If you use the website as a consumer, the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) and Consumer Courts at your place of residence also have jurisdiction under Law No. 6502, and nothing here removes protections you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence. Because every service here is performed at once and concerns assets whose price depends on market movements outside our control, the right of withdrawal under Law No. 6502 does not apply to it.

Hizmetin niteliği. A NEW ONE, saklama hizmeti vermeyen (non-custodial) bir yazılım arayüzüdür. Arc ağındaki açık kaynaklı akıllı sözleşmeler için işlem hazırlamanızı sağlar; her işlemi kendi cüzdanınızda siz onaylar ve gönderirsiniz. Fonlarınızı ve anahtarlarınızı hiçbir zaman tutmayız, alamayız, aktaramayız. Earn (üçüncü taraf Morpho kasalarına ve Aave V4 piyasalarına mevduat), Borrow (üçüncü taraf Morpho piyasalarından ve Aave V4 Main ve Forex piyasalarından kredi), Assets (düzenlemeye tabi üçüncü kişilerce ihraç edilen tokenize varlıkların sayfaları) ve AnewOne.Fun (token başlatma platformu) bölümlerinden oluşur.
Ne değiliz. Hiçbir varlığı ihraç etmeyiz, satmayız, geri almayız. Yatırım, finans, hukuk veya vergi danışmanlığı yapmayız; sitedeki hiçbir içerik ve Deckhand'in hiçbir cevabı tavsiye, teklif veya çağrı değildir. Aracı kurum, borsa, saklama kuruluşu, ödeme kuruluşu veya 6362 sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu anlamında kripto varlık hizmet sağlayıcısı değiliz; SPK veya TCMB'den alınmış bir izin ve lisansımız yoktur. Türk lirası ile alım-satım, saklama, cüzdan veya aracılık hizmeti sunmayız. Kart ile USDC alımı Circle'ın kendi koşulları altında sunduğu bir hizmettir. Türkiye'de kripto varlıklar ödemelerde kullanılamaz; bu site bir ödeme hizmeti sunmaz.
Kullanım şartları. 18 yaşını doldurmuş ve tam ehliyetli olmalı, siteyi kendi adınıza kullanmalısınız. Hukuka aykırı amaçlarla, yaptırım kapsamındayken ya da kara para aklama ve terörün finansmanı için kullanılamaz. Bazı varlıklar ihraççısı veya mevzuat gereği yalnızca nitelikli yatırımcılara açık olabilir; bunu ihraççı belirler.
Riskler. Kripto varlıklar, DeFi kredileri ve memecoin'ler yüksek risklidir; fiyatlar sıfıra düşebilir ve yatırdığınızın tamamını kaybedebilirsiniz. Getiriler değişkendir, geçmiş getiri geleceği göstermez. Kredilerde teminatın değeri düştüğünde Morpho veya Aave protokolü teminatı ceza uygulayarak otomatik olarak tasfiye eder; pozisyonunuzu yalnızca siz izlersiniz. Buradaki hiçbir mevduat banka mevduatı değildir ve mevduat sigortası kapsamında değildir. Test ağı tokenlerinin değeri yoktur.
Ücretler. Earn kasalarının ücretleri küratöre gider, bize gitmez. Borrow'da yeni kredi açılışında kredi tutarının %0,15'i (15 baz puan) kredi tutarından kesilir; %90'ı bize, %10'u Arc'a gider ve imzadan önce teklifte gösterilir. Aave V4'te yatırma, çekme ve geri ödemeden ücret alınmaz; bu siteden yapılan her borç alımında (ilk kredi veya sonraki çekiş) borç alınan tutarın %0,15'i aynı işlem içinde bize aktarılır ve imzadan önce teklifte gösterilir. Köprü ve takas işlemlerinde USDC dışı ödemelerde %0,25 entegratör ücreti alınır. AnewOne.Fun'da her işlemde %1,5 ücret alınır (%0,5 token yaratıcısına, %1 platforma). Ağ ücreti (gas) ayrıca USDC olarak ödenir.
Sorumluluk. Site ve sözleşmeler “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Akıllı sözleşmeler dağıtıldıktan sonra değiştirilemez ve hata içerebilir; Morpho, Aave, Uniswap, Circle, LI.FI, Centrifuge ve ihraççılar gibi üçüncü taraflar kontrolümüz dışındadır. Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde, hatalar, tasfiyeler, ağ sorunları, fiyat veya oracle hataları ya da cüzdan ve üçüncü taraf arızalarından doğan zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Kast ve ağır ihmalden doğan sorumluluk ile emredici hukuk ve tüketici mevzuatı gereği sınırlanamayan sorumluluk saklıdır.
Vergi. Kullanımınızdan doğan kazanç, gelir ve transferler vergiye tabi olabilir; beyan ve ödeme yükümlülüğü size aittir. Stopaj yapmaz, adınıza bildirimde bulunmayız.
Uygulanacak hukuk ve yetki. Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul (Çağlayan) mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketici sıfatıyla kullanıyorsanız, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun uyarınca yerleşim yerinizdeki Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Tüketici Mahkemeleri de yetkilidir; emredici hukuktan doğan haklarınız saklıdır. Hizmet anında ifa edildiğinden ve fiyatı piyasa dalgalanmalarına bağlı varlıklara ilişkin olduğundan, 6502 sayılı Kanun'daki cayma hakkı bu hizmete uygulanmaz.
Değişiklik. Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; yukarıdaki tarih değişir. Bir hükmün geçersiz sayılması diğer hükümleri etkilemez.
