What A NEW ONE is

A NEW ONE is a website that lets you use open-source smart contracts on the Arc network to launch and trade tokens. It is non-custodial: we never hold your funds or your keys, and every transaction is created, shown and approved in your own wallet. The contracts are public and their source is on GitHub.

Your responsibility

You control your wallet and your keys. Keep them safe; nobody can recover them for you.
Blockchain transactions are final. Check what you approve before you sign it.
You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you live, including any rules on trading digital assets and on taxes.

Risk

Memecoins are highly speculative. Prices can fall to zero and you can lose everything you put in. Nothing on this website is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Tokens on testnet have no value.

Token prices are set by each token's bonding curve and, after graduation, by its Uniswap pool. We do not set, guarantee or support any price.

Tokens on the platform

Anyone can launch a token. Names, images, descriptions and links are chosen by their creators, and a token appearing on this website is not an endorsement by us. We may stop showing any token on this website, for example one that impersonates others or breaks the law. That changes only what this website displays; it does not change the token or anyone's balance on chain.

Fees

Every trade on a curve pays a 1% fee: half to the token's creator, who can collect it within a 7-day window, and half to the platform. After graduation the Uniswap pool charges 1% as well, split the same way on its USDC side. Network gas is paid separately, in USDC. The details are in the Docs.

Software as is

The website and the contracts are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Smart contracts cannot be changed once deployed and may contain bugs. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using the website or the contracts, including losses from bugs, network problems, or wallet or third-party failures.
