Privacy

What we do not collect

• No sign-up, no user accounts, no profiles, no email addresses.
• No cookies of any kind and no advertising. We count visits with Plausible Analytics (cloud edition), which writes no cookie or local identifier and builds no profile of you: it receives the page, the referring site, coarse location (country, region, city) and browser, system and device type, and keeps no IP address and no personal identifier. Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia) runs it on servers in the EU as our service provider; see Plausible's data policy. Blocking plausible.io in your browser stops it entirely and changes nothing else on the site.
• Earn, Borrow and the launchpad (the floor, coin pages, launching and trading) run entirely in your browser against the Arc network and the services named below. No server of ours records what you look at, deposit, borrow or trade.

What stays in your browser

To remember your settings and load faster, the site keeps a few items in your browser's local storage: your colour theme, the wallet you last connected, the address last shown on the Portfolio page, your watchlist, cached copies of public chain data and token images, the Deck Hand chat thread, and the sign-in session described below (for a day). These never leave your device except where this page says so. You can remove them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Public blockchain data

Launching a token, trading and posting a comment are transactions on the Arc network. Like all blockchain transactions they are public and permanent, and they are linked to your wallet address. Nobody, including us, can edit or delete them. We publish a read-only index of that public data (the floor index and the Boarding Pass standings) so the site loads fast; it contains nothing that is not already on chain.

Our server functions

A few features need a server, because they use an API key that must not ship to browsers or because a browser cannot reach a service directly. They run as serverless functions on Vercel, on this site's own domain, and each does one thing:

• RPC relay (/api/rpc): forwards read requests, and already-signed transactions, to Arc's public RPC endpoints for browsers that block those hosts (Brave does). It signs nothing, stores nothing, and only answers pages on this site.
• Sign-in (/api/auth): checks the wallet signature described below and issues the day's session token.
• Deck Hand (/api/chat): sends your chat messages, the last few turns of the thread and a summary of the public floor index to a language model at Groq (Qwen) to write the reply. If you turn memory on, what you tell the deck hand is distilled into facts and stored, encrypted, on Walrus mainnet through Walrus Memory (MemWal) under a namespace derived from your wallet address, so it can be recalled on your next visit and device. The bot's replies are not stored. Memory is off until you sign in, and signing out stops anything new being kept. To have a wallet's memory deleted, write to us at the address below with the wallet.
• Card purchases (/api/onramp-session): opens a Circle Onramp session for your signed-in wallet so USDC bought with a card lands there. The purchase itself, including any identity checks, happens in Circle's widget under Circle's privacy policy; we never see your card details.
• Terms acceptance (/api/ack): when you sign the terms acknowledgment on Earn & Borrow, your wallet address, the signature, the version and time of the text you signed and a hash of it are kept in the Redis store, so that acceptance can be shown later. Nothing else is stored with it.
• Swap & Bridge quotes (/api/lifi): forwards bridge and swap quote requests to LI.FI with our partner key. A quote request carries the amount and the wallet addresses involved, which LI.FI sees under its own privacy policy.

Vercel keeps standard request logs for these functions (IP address, time, path) for a short period, as it does for every page. Every function is rate limited per IP address: a counter keyed by your IP address lives for one minute in a small Redis store (Upstash, Frankfurt) and is then gone. Nothing else about the request is kept there.

Wallet sign-in

Deck Hand memory and card purchases need to know that you control a wallet. You sign a Sign-In with Ethereum message in your wallet (it costs nothing and moves nothing); the message names this site, the chain, a random nonce, and says what it is for. Our function checks the signature and hands your browser a random session token that is valid for one day; the token, paired with your address, is kept in the same Redis store for that day and in your browser's local storage. Signing out deletes it. It is not a login and there is no account behind it.

Services your browser talks to

Using the site means your browser connects to a few outside services, each under its own privacy policy:

• Hosting: the site and its functions are served by Vercel, which keeps standard request logs.
• Arc network providers: your browser reads chain data from Arc RPC endpoints (such as Arc's public RPC, QuickNode, Blockdaemon and dRPC), which see those requests.
• Fonts: typefaces load from Google Fonts.
• Your wallet: MetaMask, OKX, Rabby or any wallet you connect handles your keys and transactions under its own policy.
• Continue with Email or Social: if you choose it, sign-in (Google, X, Discord, Apple or a one-time email code) is handled by Web3Auth under its own privacy policy. It creates a non-custodial wallet; we never see your password or your email inbox.
• Swap & Bridge: moving funds in from other chains uses Circle CCTP and LI.FI, and the source chain's own RPC endpoints. Deck Hand uses Groq and Walrus as described above; card purchases use Circle.
• Earn and Borrow: vault and market data, quotes and the parameters of a deposit, loan or repayment are fetched from Circle's Earn and Borrow services (api.circle.com), which see the wallet address and amounts involved under Circle's privacy policy. The transactions themselves go from your wallet to the Morpho contracts on Arc. When a loan is opened, Circle records the loan against your wallet address so it can show you its state; we hold no copy. Aave V4 involves no extra service: its markets and your position are read straight from the chain through the Arc RPC providers listed here, and Aave transactions go from your wallet to the Aave contracts on Arc.
• Wallet apps over WalletConnect: if you connect a phone wallet, the pairing runs through WalletConnect's relay (Reown) under its policy; only signing requests travel over it.
• Regulated issuers: where an asset requires eligibility or identity checks, those happen with the issuer, on the issuer's own site or widget, under the issuer's privacy policy. We do not receive the documents or the result.

Your keys stay yours

Your rights

Under KVKK (and, where it applies to you, the GDPR) you can ask us whether we process personal data about you, ask for a copy, correction or deletion, object to processing, and complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu) or your local authority. Because we hold no accounts, what we can act on is limited to a wallet's Deck Hand memory and the short-lived logs described above. Write to support@anewone.xyz with the wallet address; we answer within 30 days as the law requires.

Hangi veriler, nasıl toplanır. Sitede hesap, üyelik, profil ve e-posta kaydı yoktur; hiçbir çerez ve reklam kullanılmaz. Ziyaret ölçümü için Plausible Analytics (bulut sürümü) kullanılır: çerez ya da cihazda tanımlayıcı yazılmaz, hakkınızda profil oluşturulmaz; Plausible'a yalnızca ziyaret edilen sayfa, yönlendiren site, yaklaşık konum (ülke, bölge, şehir) ile tarayıcı, sistem ve cihaz türü gider; IP adresi ve kişisel tanımlayıcı saklanmaz. Bu veriler hizmet sağlayıcımız Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonya) tarafından AB'deki sunucularda işlenir; bu nedenle yurt dışına aktarım söz konusudur. Tarayıcınızda plausible.io'yu engellemeniz ölçümü tamamen durdurur ve sitenin başka hiçbir işlevini etkilemez. Siteyi kullanırken elektronik ortamda otomatik yollarla şu veriler işlenebilir: (1) IP adresi, zaman ve istek yolu: barındırma sağlayıcısı Vercel'in standart erişim kayıtları ve sunucu fonksiyonlarımızın bir dakikalık hız sınırlama sayaçları (Upstash Redis, Frankfurt); (2) cüzdan adresi: Deck Hand hafızası, kart ile alım oturumu ve kredi kayıtları için, ayrıca zincir üzerindeki herkese açık işlem verisi olarak; (3) Deck Hand'e yazdıklarınız: hafızayı açtıysanız, cüzdan adresinizden türetilen bir ad altında şifreli olarak Walrus ağında saklanır, yanıtlar saklanmaz; (4) oturum belirteci: cüzdan imzasıyla giriş yaptığınızda bir gün geçerli rastgele bir belirteç; (5) koşul kabulü: Earn & Borrow'da kullanım koşullarını cüzdanınızla imzaladığınızda cüzdan adresi, imza, imzalanan metnin sürümü, özeti (hash) ve zamanı, kabulün ispatı amacıyla saklanır. Tarayıcınızda yerel olarak tutulan tema, son cüzdan, Portfolio sayfasında en son gösterilen adres, izleme listesi ve önbellek verileri cihazınızdan çıkmaz.

Amaçlar ve hukuki sebepler. Veriler; siteyi sunmak ve güvenliğini sağlamak, kötüye kullanımı ve aşırı isteği önlemek, seçtiğiniz özellikleri (Deck Hand hafızası, kart ile alım, kredi durumu) yerine getirmek ve yasal yükümlülükleri karşılamak amacıyla; KVKK m. 5/2 kapsamında bir sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası için gerekli olması (c), hukuki yükümlülüğün yerine getirilmesi (ç) ve temel hak ve özgürlüklerinize zarar vermemek kaydıyla meşru menfaatimiz (f) hukuki sebeplerine dayanılarak işlenir. Deck Hand hafızası yalnızca siz açtığınızda, açık rızanızla işlenir; hafızayı kapatarak rızanızı geri alabilirsiniz.

Aktarım. Veriler şu alıcı gruplarına, yalnızca ilgili özelliği kullandığınızda aktarılır: barındırma (Vercel), hız sınırlama ve oturum deposu (Upstash), dil modeli (Groq), şifreli hafıza (Walrus/MemWal), kart ile alım, Earn ve Borrow servisleri (Circle), köprü ve takas fiyatları (LI.FI), cüzdan eşleştirme (WalletConnect/Reown), e-posta veya sosyal hesapla giriş (Web3Auth), yazı tipleri (Google), çerezsiz ziyaret ölçümü (Plausible Analytics, Plausible Insights OÜ) ve Arc ağı RPC sağlayıcıları. Bu sağlayıcıların sunucuları yurt dışındadır (AB ve ABD). Yurt dışına aktarım KVKK m. 9 çerçevesinde, ilgili özelliği kendi tercihinizle kullanmanız suretiyle verdiğiniz açık rızaya ve/veya sağlayıcılarla yapılan sözleşmelere dayanır; bu özellikleri kullanmadığınızda aktarım gerçekleşmez. Çerezsiz ziyaret ölçümü her sayfada çalışır; tarayıcınızda plausible.io'yu engelleyerek bunu durdurabilirsiniz. Zincir üzerindeki işlemler niteliği gereği herkese açık ve kalıcıdır; bunları biz dahil kimse silemez.

Saklama. Erişim kayıtları Vercel'in standart süresi kadar; hız sınırlama sayaçları bir dakika; oturum belirteci bir gün; Deck Hand hafızası siz sildirene kadar; koşul kabulü kaydı, olası bir uyuşmazlıkta ispat için genel zamanaşımı süresince saklanır. 5651 sayılı Kanun kapsamındaki trafik bilgisi barındırma sağlayıcısı tarafından kanuni süresince tutulur.

Haklarınız (KVKK m. 11). Kişisel verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde veya dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme, KVKK m. 7 çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, bu işlemlerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, otomatik sistemlerle analiz sonucu aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zararınızın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Başvurularınızı, ilgili cüzdan adresini belirterek support@anewone.xyz adresine iletebilirsiniz; başvurular en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyet hakkınız saklıdır.
