Your loans
Yields are variable, set by the market, and shown as reported by the vault; past rates do not predict future ones. Vaults carry smart-contract and credit risk, including loss of principal, and a vault marked low liquidity may not let you withdraw at once. Vault fees go to the curator, none to us. A loan is over-collateralised: if the collateral's price falls until the health factor reaches 1.0, Morpho liquidates part of it, with a penalty. Borrow rates are variable. A NEW ONE may take an origination fee on a new loan, shown in the quote before you sign.
